Hi, I'm Aaron Davis and my wife, Sarah and we both had at one time suffered from panic attacks. It's a wonder that we even found each other! Social anxiety, panic attacks, and free-floating anxiety have followed the both of us around for years.

I went to my therapist for a while, off an on really over the years. Talk therapy helped some to relieve my stress. I've also taken anti-anxiety medications and anti-depressants as well.

This worked some, for some of the time. But, I don't like taking pills and therapy after a while got to be unaffordable, even with a company insurance plan. But, neither pills nor exploring my childhood in therapy gave me the technique to deal with panic attacks as they came up.
